He is a licensed land surveyor (#945), permitted septic designer (#1348) and licensed real estate agent (#047087) with Keller Williams Gateway Realty in New Hampshire. He is a proud United States Army combat veteran (1st Calvary Division) and the New Hampshire National Guard with 12 years of service. Scott graduated from University of New Hampshire Thompson School of Applied Science (T.S.A.S.) with an Associates in Applied Science in Civil Technologies, Surveying and Mapping, (A.A.S.-U.N.H.) in 1993, A Bachelors degree from Granite State College in Applied Technologies with a minor in business (B.A.-G.S.C.) in 2007 and several certificates over the years in project management, engineering, erosion and sediment control, quickbooks and business management to include a obtaining a certificate “Streetwise MBA” from the VETRNS program in 2020.

John Newman, Licensed Land Surveyor (#1050), Survey Manager with NHLC has more than 16 years of experience working in the surveying and construction industry. He tested and achieved his Surveyor In Training (S.I.T.) certification in 2008 and in 2020 achieved his Land Surveyors license in the State of New Hampshire. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire Thompson School of Applied Science civil technology program with an Associates in Applied Science (A.A.S.-UNH) degree in surveying and mapping in 2003. John was acknowledged for his dedication to quality work in 2014 by being awarded the outstanding survey technician by New Hampshire Land Surveyors Association in 2014. He is an expert in surveying procedures, surveying equipment and prides himself on the quality of work he produces. John is OSHA 10 and OSHA Hazmat certified.

Carole A.D. Frankiewicz, M.Ed, Office Manager with NHLC, Carole developed her organizational skills by managing classrooms for many years and we welcome the skill set that she brings to the table to manage our accounting department and day to day office tasks that keep the company running. She graduated from Keene State College in 1994 with a B.A. in Social Science and most recently, in 2019, she obtained her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. I am sure she will return to the educational industry, but for the time being, we are very happy to have her as part of our team here at New Hampshire Land Consultants, PLLC.

Adam Lunsford, New Hampshire LPF (#483), Massachusetts LPF (#450), Forester, Land Surveyor Assistant with NHLC has 20 years of experience working in forestry. His work has included forest management plans, timber inventory appraisals, GIS and GPS services, timber harvest administration, and boundary line location and maintenance. Adam is a certified American Tree Farm Inspector and holds a B.S. in Forestry from Paul Smith College. Adam is quickly gaining the experience to become a Survey Crew Chief in the near future.
